BC's Salmon Glacier, accessible by road from Hyder, AK.
The scenery on the way out on 37A was just was stunning as the way in last night, and made me wonder why they went all the way to New Zealand to shoot Lord of the Rings.
The balance of the Stewart-Cassiar and the Yellowhead were unremarkable by comparison to the preceding days, just eating up dashed lines, eating up miles.
At dusk, I rolled into my original, pre-rest-day, planned goal of Vanderhoof, BC, whose claim to fame is being the geographic centre of BC. So far, it also seems to be the train-horn-next-to-motels capital of BC.
Day total: 686 km, 7h10m
Trip total: 3074 km
