Here we go again! Today, Badger & I set off on our next adventure, this one promising to be our longest yet, as we point compasses south and head for: Colorado. The trip plan revolves around RawHyde Adventures 'The Next Step' intermediate offroad riding training, and I've allowed myself seven days to get Badger to Denver. Contrary to my usual M.O., I'm setting off with a detailed, pre-planned route, and nightly reservations for a full week. Fingers crossed... |
Once I was through that uncertainty, the rest of the ride was a pretty typical long haul down to northern Alberta. I stopped at Chan Lake to pull on another shirt and zip up my jacket vents, and for gas at Fort Providence, Enterprise, and High Level, and finally pushed on through scattered showers/lightning/hail to Manning for the night.
Reservations score: 1-for-1, and counting. Tomorrow brings another big day, so I'll leave the rest to the captions. Oh - and the title for the trip? It's inspired by this little video. ---->> | |
